Our Profit Pledge
Bozeman Montana Realty pledges up to 25% of our net profits to the Gallatin Valley Land Trust and Bridger Ski Foundation in supporting their efforts to preserve Bozeman’s open space and improve our recreational trail systems.
How It Works: Bozeman Montana Realty pledges 10% of net profits until we reach an annual cap on commissions paid to Keller Williams, at which time our pledge increases from 10% to 25%. That means the more business we do, the sooner we're able to donate our maximum pledge. You can help preserve open space and recreation in the Gallatin Valley by referring your family and friends to Bozeman Montana Realty.

Gallatin Valley Land Trust (GVLT) is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to the conservation of open space, agricultural land, wildlife habitat and the creation of public trails in southwestern Montana.
Since 1990, GVLT has partnered with 55 families to protect 25,000 acres in Gallatin, Park, and Madison counties through its private land conservation program. GVLT is skilled in crafting Conservation Easements to protected working farms and ranches, scenic views, critical wildlife habitat and urban open space.
GVLT also has an active community trails program and is working with volunteers and local organizations to expand the forty-five mile "Main Street to the Mountains" trail system, which will one day connect downtown Bozeman with the Bridger Mountains to the north and the Hyalite Mountains to the south.

The Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) is a non-profit community based volunteer organization providing educational, competitive, and social activities fostering personal and athletic excellence, with an emphasis on youth while encouraging participants of all ages.
With its roots dating back to the 1960s, the BSF Ski Club is integral to skiing in the Gallatin Valley. The Ski Club provides numerous social gatherings, coordinates the annual ski swap, and provides groomed ski trails at Lindley Park, Bridger Creek Golf Course, as well as Bozeman Creek (Sourdough Canyon). The Ski Club works closely with local merchants to provide discounts and to promote local skiing. BSF's goals are to provide affordable programs that allow as many participants as possible and to promote a strong skiing camaraderie in the community.
BSF Ski Programs
BSF provides organized recreational and race programs for the three skiing disciplines: Alpine, Nordic, and Freestyle. BSF offers both lessons for eager youngsters and advancement opportunities for skiers who desire to pursue serious competitive skiing. Community and parental support are essential to the success of each program, and family participation in fundraising events, event production, and team administration is greatly appreciated.
